With that, more attention are raised as in what will the next step be for Dong Bang Shin Ki 3 members Micky YooChun, Xiah JunSu and Hero JaeJoong’s contract discord with SM Entertainment.

South Korean girl group, The Wonder Girls with members Sunye, Ye-eun, Sunmi, Sohee and Yubin, is currently taking Manila – and the whole of Asia – by storm with their infectious single, “Nobody.”

SNSD concluded their promotions for ‘Tell Me Your Wish’ on August 15th, 2009.
The last stage of SNSD’s ‘Tell Me Your Wish’ was held on MBC ‘Show! Music Core,’ which broadcasted on the 15th.
On this day, SNSD received an exuberant cheer as they appeared from the audience area. The surprised audience cheered on as the members of SNSD confidently walked up on stage and performed a remix version of ‘Tell Me Your Wish.’

SNSD’s Yoona shared her honest thoughts about her acting skills.
After August 17th’s broadcast on SBS’s Yashimmanman 2″, after receiving a question about her acting, she confessed “Even when I look at it, there’s many times when it’s awkward”.

A scene from musical “Shouting”
The car accident and subsequent absence of Dae-sung, the member of popular idol group Big Bang who was scheduled to star in the musical “Shouting” alongside Victory, also of the group, seemed to cast a dark cloud over the show.
However, Victory wiped out all worries and stole the limelight in the musical based on the trials and tribulations of the group.
The show is the first joint production of YG Entertainment, a local pop agency, and Seol & Company, one of the country’s major musical production companies.
The musical has drawn much attention due to the casting of the pop stars, and aims to attract the teenage market.

On August 14th, DBSK’s fancafe submitted a prosecution application to Korea Consumer Protection Board with subject ‘The postpone of SMTOWN LIVE ‘09′.
The fancafe explained their background of accusation, “They acted unilaterally in postponing the concert, without consideration and fooling all the consumers who had already bought the concert tickets. Thus, we submitted this application.”
In the statement which DBSK fancafe submitted to Korea Consumer Protection Board, they mentioned, “SMTOWN LIVE ‘09 which was scheduled to be held on August 16th is indefinitely postponed.
The postpone was announced a week ago (August 7th) with the reason that DBSK’s case status will make the whole SM family’s inability to unite during the concert.
However, on August 14th when SM released SMTOWN Summer album ‘09, they promoted the song by stressing it as ‘a song which shows friendship among the young men’ which shows a whole contradictory.”
DBSK fancafe demanded not only full refund of their tickets, but also 10% admission fee as compensation and official apology from SM Entertainment.

Changmin of 2AM revealed that Kara’s Kang JiYoung is his ideal type. He confessed that his ideal type is “cute and kind. I especially like Kara’s Kang JiYoung,” on a recently recorded “Star Golden Bell” (it will be aired on August 15th). You’d think it’d be possible for these two to hook up after being partners on MBC’s Every1 Idol but Changmin continued, saying “I thought that it would be easy to get close because we’re both idols, but we’re more than 7 years apart.”
