Do you have to pay to use this? Everytime I try to vote, it comes up with a “Bill” pop up, offering me three different prices. Obviously I can’t read that. Help?

No you don’t have to pay. But you do have to upgrade your ID which is free. You can check my post on how to upgrade your ID.
2ne1 is not nominated for female group? SHINee is left out? Man, this better not become like the MTV VMA.
i guess 2ne1 isnt in female groups cos theyre in newcomers but whatever.. shinee, hmm.. they should’ve been nominated, not 2pm! LOL seriously! ohwell.. im oh so excited! 😀
