Today’s ending of the 25 episodes of the popular drama, Boys Over Flowers had obtained large amount of support from the audience. As such, the author of the drama announced a good news : Boys over flowers season 2 will be out next year February.
The drama initially did not have high viewership, but because of the raising popularity of the drama after that, he decided to plan a season2 for the drama.
The suspense left at the end of episode 25 was actually a hint that there may be season 2 for Boys over flowers.

thats weird, because second season started on ep.12 when they transferred to SHinwah university, and as much as i love boys over flowers i dont think there will be another season due to the strict contract with the original adapation of boys over flowers, which is also the reason why they couldn’t extend the episodes any higher than 25. now a movie i can believe, but as much as i wish for a new season, this is just DOUBTFUL and possibly not going to happen. xD

nothing has been annouced, and all the dramas leave a lot hanging at the end.
it would be rather futile to expand , as the plot does not have a conflict anymore, the last 10 minutes of the show showed resolve – junpyo’s mom being less of a b!tch with his dad back from coma, gaeul getting together with iijung, jandi getting into med school and jihoo is almost there to achieve his granpa’s vision. (though he might flunk a few years for jandi’s sake) and jandi and junpyo got together.
with all the major conflicts solved, new seasons would just be “milking” the fans with no major plot. everyone wants good things to last forever, but sadly, all good things must come to an end. It has been a great three months watching jandi (guhyesun) and though i regret that it ended, i’m more happy that it happened. good bye, jandi!

Hello..just found this and thought that I might join as well to write my opinion.. I think that I can’t bear to see season 2 if the main characters + ga eul is changed LOL.. And can’t bear to see jihoo is paired up with another woman than goo hye sun.. If it goes that way, I think better not to have season 2 and the ending of eps25 will remain just like that in my heart hahaa.(am I weird, anybody has the same opinion with me??LOL). SO if there’s gonna be continuation, just put 2 goo hye sun:one for junpyo and one for jihoo. Fair enough isn’t it?..not that making jandi’s twin but coincidentally their face looks alike so let’s jihoo struggling n dealings if he likes her as in ‘the same face with jandi or to start all over again with this jandi’s face girl’ hehee.. To make it worse put the girl as deaf so jihoo’s most capable in music can’t be appreciated, and why is she deaf because of jihoo’s parents car hit her car that ruins her family and her ability in hearing.. i just read the news that Kim Hyun Joong (Jihoo) has lost weight and became so skinny after playing in BOF…before playing in BOF his weight was 68 kilos, and now he’s only 59 kilos! OMFG!! and he gets sick easily (he even fainted!)! i dont want to see Jihoo looks like skeleton or pale face in BOF season 2… (no matter how i want to see him again in season 2, but i’d better not to see him gets sick and skinny because of filming BOF, they better get another man for Jihoo’s cast in season 2!) Poor HJ… he put too much efforts and energy for BOF…
